RELEASING SITE PERFORMANCE GUARANTEE
FOR TREE PRESERVATION
INVERNESS ADDITION (94028)
WHEREAS, the City Council approved the Final Plat and Setting Conditions
Resolutions 95-127 and 95-128 on February 21, 1995, for Henry Lazniarz developer of
Inverness Addition located north on County Road 6 at Xanthus Lane North and,
WHEREAS, the Resolutions 95-127 and 95-128 provided for compliance with
Resolution 89-439 regarding a Tree Preservation Plan; and,
WHEREAS, the developer provided a financial guarantee in the amount of $6,637.50
to secure execution of the Tree Preservation Plan; and,
WHEREAS, the City Forester in a letter dated September 25, 1995 has certified the
development and now recommends release of the remaining financial guarantee;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF
THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA, that it should and hereby does authorize
a release of the financial guarantee in the amount of $6,637.50, which was submitted to
guarantee Tree Preservation for the Inverness Addition.
Adopted by the City Council on November 14, 1995.
