RESOLUTION 95 -670
APPROVING LOT DMSION/LOT CONSOLIDATION FOR NEDEGAARD
CONSTRUCTION, INC. FOR PROPERTY LOCATED AT LOTS 14, BLOCK 1,
COURTYARDS OF FkENCH CREEK (RPUD 92-6) (95099)
WHEREAS, an application has been tiled by Nedegaard Construction, Inc. which
requests approval of a Lot Division/Lot Consolidation to divide and consolidate four
parcels of land located at Courtyards of French Cw.k, as legally described on
Attachment One, attached hereto and hereby made a part hereof; and
WHEREAS, the proposed lot arrangement for the Lot Division/Consolidation would
result in three buildable lots, as legally described on Attachment Two, attached hereto
and hereby made a part hereof; and
WHEREAS, the City Council has fully considered the request for the Lot Division/Lot
Consolidation.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF
( THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA, that it should and hereby does approve
the Lot Division/Lot Consolidation subject to the following conditions:
1. Compliance with the City Engineer's Memo.
2. Submittal of required drainage and utility easement documents as approved by the
City Engineer prior to filing of the Lot Division/Lot Consolidation.

Hennepin County, Minnesota.

CREEK, according to the recorded plat thereof, Hennepin County, Minnesota, the
south line of @aid northwesterly 28.50 feet to be lengthened or shortened to terminate at
the east and west line of said Lot 3 and Lot 2 said Block 1, except the northwesterly
6.00 feet of said Lot 2.
