CITY OF PLYMOUTH
RESOLUTION NO. 95- 659
ADOPTING ASSESSMENTS
MS WEED ERADICATION AND DESTRUCTION, ROLL i
WKREAS, pursuant to proper notice duly given as required by law, the Council has met and hard
and passed upon all objections to the proposed assessment for 1995 Weed Eradication and Destruction,
Roll 1 charges as provided by the City Ordinances and has amended such proposed assessment as it
deems just;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF PLYMOUTH, UMCMOTA:
1. Such proposed assessment, a copy of which is attached hereto and made a pan thereof, is hereby
accepted and shall constitute the special assessment against the land named therein and each tract of
Ind herein includod is hereby bound to be identified by the amount of the assessment levied
against it.
2. Such assessments shall be payable over a period of one year.
3. Assessments may be paid in flail to the City of Plymouth Finance Director by November 27, 1995
without additional charge. After November 27, 1995 daily interest charge based on an annual rate
of 8.00% starting on October 25, 1995 will be due in addition to the levied assessment. The last
data a payment can be accegtud by the City of Plymouth is November 30, 1995. After that date
interest shall be added from the date of this resolution until December 31, 1996 and payment can
only be made to Hennepin County with the 1996 property taxes.
4. The clerk shall forthwith transmit a certified duplicate of this assessment to the County Finance
Director to be extended on the proper tax lists of the county and such assessments shall be
collected and paid over the same manner as other municipal taxes.
5. The total cost of the 1995 Weed Eradication and Destruction, Roll 1 charges assessed by this
resolution are $ 3,920.00.
Adopted by the City Council on October 24, 1995.
