ADMING ASSESSMENTS
1995 UNPAID ANNUAL STREET LIGHTING FOR UNRAMOVED PARCELS AND UNPAID
ANNUAL RECYCLING FEES
WHEREAS, pursuant to proper ratiee duly given as r=:quired by Lw, the Council has met and heard
and passed upon all objections to the proposed assesment for 1995 Unpaid Annual Street Lighting for
Unimproved Parcels and Unpaid Annual Recycling Fa -s as provided by the L`ity Ordinances sad has
amended such proposed assessment as it deems just;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF PLYMOUTH, M3TNNESOTA:
1. Such proposed assessment, a copy of which is attached herdo and made a part thereof, is hereby
accepted and shall constitute the special assessment against the laud named therein and each tract of
land herein included is hereby bound to be identified by the amount of the assessment levied
against it.
2. Such assessments shall be payable over a perind of one year.
3. Assessments may be paid in full to the City of Plymouth Finance Director by November 27, 1995
without additional charge. After November 17, 1995 daily interest charge based on an annual rate
of 8.00% starting on October 25, 1995 wDi be due in addition to the levied assessment. The last
date a payment can be accepted by the City of Plymouth is November 30, 1995. After that Mate
interest shall be added from the date of this msolutiou until December 31, 1996 and payment can
only be made to Hennepin County with the 1996 property taxes.
4. The clerk shall forthwith transmit a certified duplicate of this assessment to the County Finance
Director to be extended on the proper tax lists of the county and such assessments shall be
collected and paid over the same manner as other municipal taxes.
5. The total cost of the 1995 Unpaid Annual Street Lighting for Unimproved Parcels and Unpaid
Annual Recycling Fees assessed by this resolution are $360.96.
Adopted by the City Council on October 24, 1995.
