RESOLUTION 95 - 653
APPROVING LOT DIVISION/LOT CONSOLIDATION FOR US HOME
CORPORATION FOR PROPERTY LOCATED AT LOTS 5 AND 23, BLOCK 15,
WESTBRANCH ADDITION (RPUD 92-7) (95101)
WHEREAS, an application has been filed by US Home Corporation which requests
approval of a Lot Division/Lot Consolidation to divide and consolidate two parcels of
land located at Westbranch Addition, as legally described on Attachment One, attached
hereto and hereby made a part hereof, and
WHEREAS, the proposed lot arrangement for which the Lot Division/Consolidation is
sought is as legally described on Attachment Two, attached hereto and hereby made a
part hereof, and
WHEREAS, the City Council has fully considered the request for the Lot Division0Lot
Consolidation.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF
THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA, that it should and hereby does approve
( the Lot Division/Lot Consolidation subject to the following conditions:
1. Compliance with the City Engineer's Memo.
2. Submittal of required drainage End utility easement documents as approved by the
City Engineer prior to filing of the Lot Division/Lot Consolidation.

Hennepin Cminty, Minnesota.
Lot S, Block 15, Westbranch Addition, according to the recorded plat thereof,
Hennepin County, Minnesota.

(PROPOSED LEGAL DESCRIPTIONS)
Lot 23, Block 15, Westbranch Addition, according to the recorded plat thereof,
Hennepin County, Minnesota and that part of Lot 5 said Block 15 lying westerly of the
following described line:
Beginning at the southeast corner of said Lot 23; thence southwesterly to a point
on the south line of said Lot 5 distant 44.55 feet easterly of the southwest
corner of said Lot 5 and said line there terminating.
Lot 5, Block 15, Westbranch Addition, according to the recorded plat thereof,
Hennepin County, Minnesota, except that part of said Lot 5 lying westerly of the
following described line:
Beginning at the southeast corner of Lot 23 said Block 15; thence southwesterly
to a point on the south line of said Let 5 distant 44.55 feet easterly of the
southwest corner of said Lot 5 and said line there terminating.
