CITY OF PLYMOUTH
RESOLUTION NO. 95 - 651
APPROVING AGREEMENT FOR THE CONSTRUCTION AND OPERATION OF
A PEDESTRIAN ACTUATED TRAFFIC CONTROL SIGNAL
COUNTY ROAD 61 AND BASS LAKE PLAYFIELU
CITY PROJECT NO. 417
WHEREAS, an agreement for the construction and operation of a pedestrian actuated
traffic control signal on County Road 61 at the Bass Lake Playfield has been prepared by
Hennepin County and designated as Agreement No. PW41-17-95 and presented to the
City for approval; and
WHEREAS, the City had requested the County for the installation of a pedestrian signal at
this location.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCU, 017 THE
CITY OF PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA: That said agreement is approved.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED That the Mayor and City Manager are authorized to sign
Agrv�.ment No. PW41-17-95, Hennepin County Project No. 9535 and City Project No.
417.
FURTHER, that the City funding for the project is part of the 1994 Trail Improvements.
Adopted by the City Council on October 24, 1995.
