RESOLUTION NO. 95 - 649
APPROVE AGREEVMM WITH THE SOO LINE RAILROAD FOR THE
CONSTRUCTION OF PEONY LANE
CITY PROJECT NO. 502
WHEREAS, the City Council has n=ntly approved a contract for the construction of
Peony Lane; and
WHEREAS, the proposed bypass road and the bridge structure crosses the Soo Line
railroad right-of-way; and
WHEREAS, an agreement is required to work within the Soo Line railroad right-of-way
for each of the two crossings.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA: That the Mayor and City Manager are
authorized to execute the agreements as prepared by the Soo Line Railroad for the
construction of Peony Lane bridge overpass and bypass toad.
