AUTHORIZING THE INSTALLATION OF "NO PARKING" SIGNS ON
PEONY LANE BETWEEN STATE HIGHWAY 55 TO THE NORTH
PROPERTY LINE OF THE WAYZATA HIGH SCHOOL SITE
CITY PROJECT NO. SM
WHEREAS, the City of Plymouth will undertake the improvement of Peony Lane
between State Highway 55 and the north property line of the Wayzata High School site
by the construction of bituminous stroet and concrete curb and gutter in conformance
with Municipal State Aid standards; and
WHEREAS, it is a state -aid requirement that parking be restricted on proposed Peony
Lane and between State Highway 55 and the north property line of the Wayzata High
School site.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF
THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA: That it hereby authorizes the
installation of "No Parking" signs on both sides of Peony Lane between State Highway
55 and the north property line of the Wayzata High School site.
Adopted by the City Council on October 24, 1995.
