RESOLUTION NO. 95 - 644
ORDERING PUBLIC HEARING ON THE PROPOSED VACATION OF
DRAINAGE AND UTILITY EASEMENTS
LOTS It 2, 3, AND 4, BLOCK 1
COURTYARDS OF FRENCH CREEK
WHEREAS, pursuant to M.S.A. 412.851, Nedegaard Construction has petitioned the City
Council for the vacation of the following drainage and utility easements:
The southeasterly 6.00 feet of Lot 1, Block 1, Courtyards of French Creek
according to the recorded -plat thereof, Hennepin County, Minnesota, except the
east 15.00 feet and the sot ihwesterly 10.00 feet of said Lot 2.
The southeasterly 6.00 feet of Lot 2, Block 1, Courtyards of French Creek,
according to the recorded plat thereof, Hennepin County, Minnesota, except the
east 15.00 feet and the westerly 10.00 feet of said Lot 2.
The northwesterly 6.00 feet and southeasterly 6.00 feet of Lot 3, Blnck 1,
Courtyards of French Creek, according to the recorded plat thereof, Hennepin
County, Minnesota, except the east 15.00 feet and the west 10.00 feet of said
Lot 3.
The northwesterly 6.00 feet of Lot 4, Block 1, Courtyards of French Creek,
according to the recorded plat thereof, Hennepin, Minnesota, except the east
15.00 feet and the west 10.00 feet of said Lot 4.
AND WHEREAS, the City Council has reviewed said request and found the same to be in
order;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA: That it should, and hereby does, establish the date
of November 21, 1995 at 7:00 p.m. in the Council Chambers, Plymouth City Center, 3400
Plymouth Boulevard, as the time and place for the public hearing of said petition and directs
the administrative staff to publish notice of said hearing as provided by law.
Adopted by the City Council on October 24, 1995.
