RESOLUTION NO. 95 - 643
ORDERING PUBLIC HEARING ON THE PROPOSED VACATION OF
DRAINAGE EASEMENT FOR PONDING PURPOSES
OUTLOT A
PHEASANT TRAIL
WHEREAS, pursuant to M.S.A. 412.851, Brian Johnson has petitioned the City Council for
the vacation of the following drainage easement for ponding purposes:
The drainage easements for ponding purposes within Outlot A, Pheasant Trail
according to the plat on file or of record in the office of the Registrar of Titles,
Hennepin County, Minnesota.
AND WHEREAS, the. City Council has reviewed said request and found the same to be in
order;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCEL OF THE
{ CITY OF PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA: That it should, and hereby does, establish the date
of November 21, 1995 at 7:00 p.m. in the Council Chambers, Plymouth City Center, 3400
Plymouth Boulevard, as the time and place for the public hearing of said petition and directs
the administrative staff to publish notice of said hearing as provided by law.
Adopted by the City Council on October 24, 1995.
