HomeMy WebLinkAboutCity Council Resolution 1995-639• RESOLUTION No. 9S- 639 REDUCING REQUIRED FINANCIAL GUARANTEE HEATHER RUN 2ND ADDITION (94016) WHEREAS, in accordance with the development contract dated March 40 1994, Lundgren Bros. Construction, Inc., developer of Heather Run 2nd Addition (94016), has agreed to install certain improvements for said development; and WHEREAS, the developer has completed a portion of the street, utility and site grading as noted below; and WHEREAS, the developer has requested a reduction of the required fuiancial guarantee to rflect the completed work; NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA; that the financial guarantee requirements are reduced as follows: FV 47V Street Construction Sanitary Sewer Watermain Storm Sewer Boulevard and Drainage Swale Sod Mitigation Pond Construction Sediment Pond Construction Street Signs (1 x 200) Parking Lot for Park Site Grading and Drainage Improvements Park and Trail Improvements Setting Iron Monuments Design, Administration, lnspectlon, As-Builts it -1914 $127,000 $-0- 36,000 -01• 67,000 .0- 60,000 .0- $,000 21000 -0- .0- 46,000 .0- 200 -0- 6,000 .0- 105,000 -0- 13,500 -0- 3,000 -0- _56.644 ._24..4 S528,3i14 $2,240 That the required financial guarantee for the above items be reduced as detailed above from $39,200 to $25240 to reflect the completed work.
