RESOLUTION 95 - 627
RELEASING SITE IMPROVEMENT PERFORMANCE GUARANTEE
BANNER ENGINEERING CORP. (93126)
WHEREAS, inaccordance with the Site Plan Resolution 94-22 approved on January
03, 1994, for Banner Engineering Corp. developer of Banner research and
development building (93126), has agreed to install certain site improvements for said
development; and
WHEREAS, the developer has completed all site improvements including the winter
survivability of the landscaphig and submittal of As -Built utility plan to the Engineering
Department.
WHEREAS, upon notice from the developer, City staff has inspected said site and
recommends a release of the financial guarantee to reflect the completed work;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF
THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA, that it should and hereby does authorize
a release of the Cash in the amount of $11,839.00. which was submitted to guarantee
site improvements for Banner research and development building.
