RESOLUTION 9S - 626
RELEASING SITE IMPROVEMENT PERFORIMANCE GUARANTEE
RYAN CONSTRUCTION COMPANY/AMERMATA (93140)
WHEREAS, in accordance with the Site Plan Amendment Resolution 94-53 approved
on February 07, 1994, for Ryan Construction Campany, (93140), the developer of
Atneridata has agreed to install certain site improvements for said development; and,
NWIEREAS, the developer bas completed the installation of IRWscaping and the winter
survivability of said landscaping; and,
WHEREAS, upon notice from the developer, City staff has inspected said site and
recommends a release of the financial guarantee to reflect the completed worst;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF
THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA, that it should and hereby does authorize
a release of the Letter of Credit in the amount of $18,500.00 which was submitted to
guarantee site improvements for Ameridata.
