REDUCING SITE IMPROVEMENT PERFORMANCE GUARANTEE
CALIBER DEVELOPMENT CORPJANNAPOLLS BUSINESS CENTER ("029)
WHEREAS, in accordance with the Site Plan that was approved by A3,-ainistrative
Approval Letter Dated April 19, 1995; for Caliber Development Corp. developer of
Annapolis Business Center (95029), has agreed to install certain site improvements for
said development; and,
WHEREAS, the developer has completed a mejori'.y of the site improvements except:
Winter survivability of landscaping and As -Built utility plan submitted to the
Engineering department.
WHEREAS. upon notice from the developer, City staff has inspected said site and
recommends a reduction of the financial guarantee to reflect the completed work;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF
THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA, that it should and hereby does authorize
a $45.750.00 reduction of the Letter of Credit which was submitted to guarantee site
improvements for Annapolis Business Center to a new financial guuutec total of
$3,750.
