RESOLUTION 95. 622
REDUCING SITE IMPROVEMENT PERFORMANCE GUARANTEE
MINTER WEISMAN (94095)
WHEREAS, in accordance with the Site Plan Resolution 94-600 approved on October
03, 1994; for Minter Weisman Corp. developer of Minter Weisman (94095), has
agreed to install certain site improvements for said development; and,
WHEREAS, the developer has completed a majority of the site improvements except:
Winter survivability of said landscaping and As -Built utility plan submitted to the
Engineering department.
WHEREAS, upon notice from the developer, City staff has inspected said site and
recommends a reduction of the financial guarantee to reflect the completed work;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF
THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA, that it should and hereby does authorize
a $4,875.00 reduction of the Cash which was submitted to guarantee site improvements
for Minter Weisman to a new financial guarantee total of $1,625.00.
