RESOLUTION 95 - 621
REDUCING SITE IMPROVEMENT PERFORMANCE GUARANTEE
CARLSON COMPANIES/CARLSON CENTER 12TH ADDITION (94088)
WHEREAS, in accordance with the MPUD Final Site Plan Resolution 94-834
approved on December 19, 1994; for Carlson Companies developer of Carlson Center
12th Addition (94088), has agreed to install certain site improvements for said
development; and,
WHEREAS, the developer has completed a majority of the site improvements except:
Winter survivability of said landscaping and As -Built utility plan submitted to the
Engineering Department.
WHEREAS, upon notice from the developer, City staff has inspected said site and
recommends a reduction of the financial guarantee to reflect the completed work;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF
THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA, that it should and hereby does authorize
a $472,000.00 reduction of the Letter of Credit which was submitted to guarantee site
improvements for Carlson Center 12th Addition to a new financial guarantee total of
$13,000.00
