AGREEN[ENT'ON BEEMLF OF THE CITY,
WHEREAS, since the creation of the Plymouth HRA in 1976, the City of Plymouth has
provided staff, services, supplies and. equipment for the HRA, and
WHERAS, such staff, services, supplies and equipment are currently provided under the
terms of the Management Services Agreement, dated July 20, 1993, between the City
and the HRA, and
WHEREAS, the HRA has requested that the City enter into a revised Management
Services Agreement that improves and updates the existing agreement, and
WHEREAS, the City Council has reviewed the dmmR of the proposed revised agreement;
NOW THEREFORE B81T RLSOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA, that it does hereby approve the revised Management
Services Agreement with the Plymouth Housing and Redevelopment Authority and
authorizes the Mayor aad City Manager to execute the agreement on behalf of the CrrY.
Adopted by the City Council on October 24, 1995.
