RESOLUTION 9S- 612
APPROVING LAND USE GUIDE PLAN AMENDMENT FOR NEW HOME
SERVICES, INC. FOR PROPERTY LOCATED AT 12300 -18TH AVENUE NORTH

WHEREAS, New Homes Services, Inc. has requested reclassification of land use
guiding from LA -1 (Low Density Residential) to LA -3 (High -Medium Density
Residential) for property located at 12300 -18th Avenue North; and,
WHEREAS, the Planning Commission has reviewed said request at a duly called
Public Hearing;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF
THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA, that it should and hereby does approve
the reclassification of land use guiding for New Home Services, Inc. for approximately
9.78 acres from LA -1 to LA -3.
FURTHER, approval of the Land Use Guide Plan amendment is contingent upon, and
subject to, the required review and response by the Metropolitan Council prior to
finalization of the amendment.
