RESOLUTION NO. 95 -603
SETTING CONDITIONS TO BE MET PRIOR TO
FILING OF RESOLUTION NO.95 - 602 .
VACATING A STREET EASEMENT ADJACENT TO
LOT 6, BLOCK 69 PLYMOUTH OAKS ADDITION
WHEREAS, the City Council has authorized the vacation of 41st Avenue by
Resolution No. 95- 602 .
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL
OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH, hMgNESOTA: That said resolution shall not be
filed until:
U.S. West has submitted the required easement for the 41st Avenue
cul-de-sac.
Adopted by the City Council on October 3, 1995.
