SETTING CONDITIONS TO BE MET PRIOR TO
FILING OF RESOLUTION N0.95 - 600 .
VACATING JONQUIL LANE STREET RIGHT OF WAY
PARKSME AT MEDICINE LAKE ADDITION
WHEREAS, the City Council has authorized the vacation of street right-of-way
within Parkside Medicine Lake Addition by Resolution No. 95- 600
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL
OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA: That said resolution shall not be
filed until:
The owners of Parkside apatiment complex submits a site plan for
review and approval showing what they intend to do with the vacated
right-of-way.
Adopted by the City Council on October 3, 1995.
