RESOLU11ON NO. 95 - 599
ORDERING IMPROVEMENT' AND PREPARATION OF
PLANS AND SPECIFICATIONS
12TH AVENUE STREET AND UTILITIES
CITY PROJECT NO. 523
WHEREAS, Resolution No. 95-514 of the City Council adopted the 5th day of
September, 1995, fixed a date for a public hearing with respect to the improvements to
12th Avenue east of Ferndale Road; and
WHEREAS, the proposed project includes the installation of 32 foot wide 7 ton
bituminous street with concrete curb and gutter, storm sewer, sanitary sewer, and
watermain, and all necessary appurtenances; and
WHEREAS, ten days published notice of ;he hearing through two weekly publications
of the required notice was given and the hearing was held thereon the 3rd day of
October, 1995, at which time all persons desiring to be heard were given an
opportunity to be heard thereon;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE TT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF
THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA;
1. Such improvemrmt is hereby ordered as proposed in the Council
resolution adopted September 5, 1995.
2. Bonestroo, Rosene, Anderlik and Assoc., Inc. is designated as engineer
for the improvement. They shall prepare plans and specifications for the
making of such improvement.
Adopted by the City Council on October 3, 1995.
