RESOLUTIONas 594
APPROVING THE REALLOCATION OF 1"S COMMUNITY DEVELOPMENT
BLOCK GRANT (CDBG) FUNDS FROM SEVERAL UNEXPENDED
PROGRAM ACTIVITIES TO THE REHABILITATION GRANTMOAN
PROGRAM
WHEREAS, the Housing and Redevelopment Authority (HRA) of the City of
Plymouth met in regular meeting on September 21, 1995; and,
WHEREAS, the Plymouth HRA, after discussion on the issue, recommended on a 3-0
vote to request that the Plymouth City Council approve the reallocation of 1995 CDBG
funds as proposed in HRA Resolution 95-08;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF PLYMOUTH, MD41 ESOTA that 1995 CDBG funds currently allocated to the
following activities:
First Time Homebuyer Program $8,017
Early Childhood Education
1,864
Community Builders
31444
Hammer Residences
M
Total
$139734
be reallocated to the Rehabilitation Grant/Loan Program.
Adopted by the Plymouth City Council on October 3, 1995.
