RESOLUTION NO. 95 - 593
APPROVING MIN—%T-'SOTA DEPARTMENT OF TRANSPORTATION (NIIVDOT)
LIMITED USE PERMIT FOR THE CONSTRUCTION OF THE
1995 CITY TRAIL SEGMENT ALONG COUNTY ROAD 47 UNDER 1-494
CITY PROJECT NO. 417
WHEREAS, the City Council has recently approved a contract for the construction of the
1995 City Trail Project; and
WHEREAS, one of the seven segments to be constructed runs along the south side of
County Road 47 from Northwest Boulevard to Annapolis Lane and passes under I-494;
and
WHEREAS, this segment of trail is within MnDOT right-of-way as it passes under I-494
which requires a permit from MnDOT to work within their right-of-way.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA: That the Mayor and City Manager are
authorized to execute the limited use permit as prepared by MnDOT in accordance with
Minnesota Statutes Section 161.434 and containing 19 special provisions.
