RELEASING SITE EUPROVEMXNT PERFORMANCE GUARANTEE
NEDEGAARD CONSTRUCTION/COURTYARDS OF FRENCH CREEK.

WHEREAS, in accordance with the RPUD Final Site Plan Resolution 93-271 approved
on May 17, 1993, for Nedegaard Construction developer of Courtyards of French
Creek (93034), has agreed to install certain site 'mprovements for said development;
and
WHEREAS, the developer has completed all site improvements including the winter
survivability of the landscaping.
WHEREAS, upon notice from the developer, City staff has inspected said site and
recommends a release of the financial guarantee to reflect the completed work;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF
THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA, that it should and hereby does authorize
a release of the Letter of Credit in the amount of $1,200.00. which was submitted to
guarantee site improvements for Nedegaard Construction.
