RESOLUTION 95 - 591
RELEASING SITE IMPROVEMENT PERFORMANCE GUARANTEE
GREAT MIDWEST CONSTRUCTION, INC. FOR
LANCASTER APARTMENTS (90104)
WHEREAS, in accordance with the Site Putt Resolution 91-126 approved on Manch
04, 1991, for Great Midwest Construction, Inc. developer of Lancaster Apartments
(90104), has agreed to install certain site improvements for said development; and
WHEREAS, the developer has completed all site improvements including the winter
survivability of the landscaping, top lift of private drive, fire lane signs up, and As -
Built utility plan submitted to the Engineering Department and
WHEREAS, upon notice from the developer, City staff has inspected said site and
recommends a release of the financial guarantee to reflect the completed work;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF
THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA, that it should and hereby does authorize
a release of the Letter of Credit in the amount of $10,000.00. which was submitted to
guarantee site improvements for Lana.ter Apartments.
