RESOLUTION 9S -590
RELEASING SITE 1MPROVElVIE T PERFORMANCE GUARANTEE
TOLD DEVELOPMENT COMPANY/TRICORD (94042)
WHEREAS, in accordance with the MPUD Final Site Plan Resolution 94-308
approved on June 06, 1994, for Told Development Company developer of Tricord
(94042), has agreed to install certain site improvements for said development; and
WHEREAS, the developer has completed the winter survivability of landscaping, final
lift of parking lot asphalt, and submittal of As -built utility plan to the Engineering
Department and
WHEREAS, upon notice from the developer, City staff has inspected said site and
recommends a release of the financial guarantee to reflect the completed work;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF
THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA, that it should and hereby does authorize
a release of the Letter of Credit in the amount of $42,200.00 which was submitted to
guarantee site improvements for Told Development Company.
