RESOLUTION 9S - 589
REDUCING SITE INIMOVEMENT PERFORMANCE GUARANTEE
METROQUIP, INC.(94066)
WHEREAS, in accordance with the Site Plan Amendment Resolution 94-462 approved
on August 15, 1994, for Metroquip, Inc. developer of parking expansion (94066), has
agreed to install certain site improvements for said development; and
WHEREAS, the developer has completed all exterior site improvements except winter
survivability of landscaping and submittal of an As -built utility plan to the Engineering
Department; and
WHEREAS, upon notice from the developer, City staff has inspected said site and
recommends a reduction of the financial guarantee to reflect the completed work;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF
THE CIT,' OF PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA, that it should and hereby does authorize
a $130,800,00 reduction of the Letter of Credit which was submitted to guarantee site
improvements for Metroquip, Inc. to a New financial total of $2,400.00.
