RESOLUTION 95 - 588
REDUCING SITE 11MPROVEMENT PERFORMANCE GUARANTEE
CALIBER DEVELOPMENT CORP./ANNAPOLIS BUSINESS CENTER (95029)
WHEREAS, in accordance with the Site Plan that was approved by Administrative
Approval Letter Dated kpril 19, 1995; for Caliber Development Corp. developer of
Annapolis Business Center (95029), has agreed to install certain site improvements for
said development; and,
WHEREAS, the developer has completed a portion of the site improvements except.
Installation of landscaping and winter survivability, trash disposal enclosure,
fence/screcn structure, final lift driveway/parking lot, finish grading/berming, water
quality/erosion control and As -Built utility plan submitted.
WHEREAS, upon notice from the developer, City staff has inspected said site and
recommends a reduction of the financial guarantee to reflect the completed work;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF
-17E CITY OF PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA, that it should and hereby does authorize
a $45,500.00 reduction of the Letter of Credit which was submitted to guarantee site
improvements for Annapolis Business Center to a new financial guarantee total of
$49,500.
