WHEMIMS, SMSQ Architects have requested approval of a Conditional Use Permit
Amendment and Site Plan Amendment to allow an addition to the Plymouth Creek
Christian Church, 16000 -41st Avenue North (the property is more specifically
described as Lot 5, Block 1, Willow Meadows 2nd Addition); and
WHEREAS, the Planning Commission has reviewed said request at a duly called
Public Hearing and recommends approval.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF
THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA, that it should and hereby does approve
the request by SMSQ Architects for a Conditional Use Permit Amendment and Site
Plan Amendment to allow an addition to the Plymouth Creek Christian Church, 16000-
41st Avenue North, subject to the following conditions:
1. The Amended Conditional Use Permit and Site Pian allows construction of a
2,064 square foot classroom addition, in accordance with the application and
plans received by the City on August 4, 1995, except as amended by this
resolution.
2. Submittal of five sets of revised plane reflecting the Fire Division's requirements
prior to issuance of building permits.
3. This resolution approves a Variance to the Fire Code requirement for a fire lane
within 50 feet of all sides of the building.
4. Standard Conditions:
a. Compliance with the Engineer's Memorandum.
b. Submission of required financial guarantee and Site Improvement
Performance Agreement for completion of this site improvement within
twelve months of the date of this resolution.
c. Compliance wit" the Ordinance regardin,; the location of fire hydrants
and fine lanes, and fire lane signage.
d. The permit is subject to all applicable codes, regulations and ordinances,
and violation thereof shall be grounds for revocation.

e. Any subsequent phases or expansions are subject to required reviews and
approvals per Ordinance provisions.
f. Submission of an 8 1/2 by 11 inch "as -built" Fire Protection Plan prior
to the release or reduction of the required financial guarantee.
