WHEREAS, James and Van Thanh Sanders have requested an Amended Planned Unit
Development Plan and Conditional Use Permit to allow construction of a four -season
porch that, together with the existing home, would exceed 20 percent lot coverage for
property located at 2320 Yuma Lane North;
The property is more specifically described as follows:
Lot 5, Block 1, Fox Run 5th Addition, Har nepin County, Minnesota.
WHEREAS, the Planning Commission has reviewed said request at a duly called
Public Hearing and recommends approval;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF
THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA, that it should and hereby does approve
the request of James and Van Thanh Sanders for an Amended Planned Unit
Development Plan and Conditional Use Permit for a four -season porch for property
located at 2320 Yuma Lane North, subject to the following conditions:
1. This Amended PUD Plan and Conditional Use Permit allows the construction of
a 14 -foot by 18 -foot four -season porch that, together with the existing home,
would exceed 20 percent lot coverage, in accordance with the application and
plans received by the City on July 24, 1995, except as amended by this
resolution.
2. Compliance with all applicable requirements of the City and State Building
Codes.
3. No other amendments or variations an: granted or implied.

The undersigned, being the duly qualified and appointed City Clerk of the City of
Plymouth, Minnesota, certifies that I compared the foregoing resolution adopted at a
meeting of the Plymouth City Council on October 3. 1995 with the original
