HomeMy WebLinkAboutCity Council Resolution 1995-5839 CITY OF PLYMOUTH RESOLUTION 95 -583 APPROVING LOT CONSOLIDATION FOR PROPERTY LOCATED NORTH OF 53RD AVENUE AT THE PONDS AT BASS CREEK AND HARRISON HILLS DEVELOPMENTS (95083) WHEREAS, an application has been filed by Daniel Development Company, together with William and Angela Sproull, Claude and Leslie Jackson, Jr., and Dennis and Karen Jackson, which requests approval of a Lot Consolidation to consolidate three oudots in The Ponds at Bass Creek 2nd Addition with three adjoining properties in the Harrison Hills development, and WHEREAS, the City Council has fully considered the request for the Lot Consolidation. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH, !&NNNESOTA, that it should and hereby does approve the following Lot Consolidati,jn for Daniel Development Company for property located north of 53rd Avenue at Thi. Ponds at Bass Creek and Harrison Hills developments. EXISTING LEGAL DESCRIPTIONS Lot 3, Block 7, Harrison Hills 2nd Addition, according to the recorded plat thereof. Lot 4, Block 7, Harrison Hills 2nd Addition, according to the recorded plat thereof, and Outlot B, The Ponds at Bass Creek 2nd Addition. Lot 1, Block 1, Pheasant Trail, according to the recorded plat thereof, and Outlot C, The Ponds at Bass Creek 2nd Addition. FURTHER, that it should and hereby does direct the following to be met, prior to recording of, and related to said Lot Consolidation: 1. Compliance with the City Engineer's Memo.
