RESOLUTION FOR HEARING ON PROPOSED ASSESSMENT
26TH AVENUE
CITY PROJECT NO. 601
WHBRBAS, by a resolution passed by the Council on October 3, 19951 the City Clerk
was directed to prepare a proposed assessment of the total coat of the following
improvements:
2t tith Avenue from State highway 169 to B. Medicine Ridge Road.
by the installation of a bituminous street with concrete curb and gutter, storm sewer,
and all necessary appumwx*s; and
WHBRE0.S, the Clock has notified the Council that such proposed assessment has been
completed and filed in the office of the City Clerk for public inspection;
1. A hearutg shall be held on the 24th day of October 1995 in the City
Council Chambers of the Plymouth City Center, 3400 Plymouth
Boulevard, Plymouth, Minnesota at 7:00 p.m. to pass upon such
proposed assessment and at such time and place all persons owning
property affected by such improvement will be given an opportunity to
be heard with reference to such assessment.
2. Thi City Clerk is hereby directed to cause a notice of the hearing on the
proposed assessment to be published once in the official newspaper at
least two weeks prior to the hearing and shall state in the notice the total
cost of the improvement. The Clerk shall also cause mailed notice to be
given to the owner of each parcel described in the assessment roll.
