RESOLUTION FOR HEARING ON PROPOSED ASSESSMENT
HWY. 55 N. FRONTAGE ROAD RELOCATION EAST OF S. SHORE DRIVE
CITY PROJECT NO. 406
WHEREAS, by a resolution passed by the Council on October 3, 19959 the City Clerk
was directed to prepare a proposed assessment of the total cast of the following
improvements:
'Ibe relocation of the North Highway 55 Frontage Road east of South
Shore Drive.
by the installation of a bituminous street with concrete curb and gutter, storm sewer,
and all necessary appurtenances; and
WHBIULAS, the Clerk has notified the Council that such proposed assessment has been
completed and filed in the office of the City Clerk for public inspection;

1. A hearing shall be held on the 24th day of October 1995 in the City
Council Chambers of the Plymouth City Center, 3400 Plymouth
Boulevard, Plymouth, Minnesota at 7:00 p.m. to pass upon such
proposed assessment and at such time and place all persons owning
property affected by such improvement will be given an opportunity to
b, heard with reference to such assessment.
2. The City Clerk is hereby directed to cause a notice of the hearing on the
proposed assessment to be published once in the official newsraper at
least two weeks prior to the hearing and shall state in the roti x the total
cost of the improvement. The Clerk shall also cause mailed r otice to be
given to the owner of each parcel described in the assessment -oll.
Adopted by the City Council on October 3, 1995.
