RESOLUTION NO. 95 -574
RESOLUTION DECLARING COST TO BE ASSESSED AND
ORDERING PREPARATION OF PROPOSED ASSESSMENT
HIGHWAY 55 NORTH FR( ; NTAGE ROAD RELOCATION
EAST OF SOtT'Z SHORE DRIVE

WHEREAS, a contract has been let fo• .he improvement of
Highway 55 North Frontage Road east of South Shore Drive
by the installation of bituminous streets with concrete curb and gutter, storm sewer, and
all necessary appurtenances, and the ontract price for such improwineut is
$245,065. and the expenses inured or to be incurred in the making of said
improvement amount to $84,328.30 so the total cost of the improvement will be
$329,393.30 and of this cost the City will pay $269,583.30 as its share of the cost;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF
THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH, M.''TNESOTA:
1. The cost of such improvement to be specially assessed Is hereby declared to
be $59,810.
2. The City Clerk, with the assistance of the City Engineer, shall forthwith
calculate the proper amount to be special assessed from such improvement
against every accessible lot, piece of parcel of land within the district
affected, without regard to cash valuation, as providtA by the law, and shall
file a copy of sach proposed assessment in the office for public inspection.
3. The Clerk shall upon completion of such proposed assessment notify the
Council thereof.
