RESOLUTION NO. 95 - 571
RESOLUTION FOR HEARING ON PROPOSED ASSESSMENT
SCHKMT LAKE ROAD/FERNBROOK LANE
CITY PROJECT NO. 213
WHEREAS, by a resolution passed by the Council on October 3, 1995, the City Cleft
was directed to prepare a proposed assessment of the total cost of the following
improvements:
Schmidt Lake Road from Northwest Boulevard to Fennbrook Lane and
Fernbrook Lane from Schmidt Lake Road to 900 feet north.
by the installation of bituminous streets witb concrete curb and gutter, storm sewer, 8'
wide bituminous trail, sanitary sewer trunk lateral, trunk watermain and lateral
watermain facilities, and all necessary appurtenances; and
WHEREAS, the Clerk has notified the Council that such proposed assessment has b7v-r
completed and filed in the office of the City Clerk for public inspection.
NOW, :1':i••'E, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL••
THE CITY • ' PLYMOUTH,
1. A hearing shall be held on the 24th day of October 1995 in the City
Council Chambers of the Plymouth City Center, 3400 Plymouth
Boulevard, Plymouth, Minnesota at 7:00 p.m. to pass upon such
proposed assessment and at such time and place all persons owning
property affected by such improvement will be given an opportunity to
be heard with reference to such assessment.
2. The City Clerk is hereby directed to cause a notice of t •g hearing on the
proposed assessment to be published once in the official newspaper at
least two weeks prior to the hearing and shall state in the notice tho total
cost of the improvement. Ile Clerk shall a:so cause mailed notice to be
given to the owner of each parcel described in the assessment roll.
