RESOLUTION NO. 95- 564
APPROVING CHANGE ORDERS NO.6
WHEREAS, Change Order No. 6 has been prepared for the City Center Expansion Project
providing for changes as outlined, and
WHEREAS, these changes will improve the operational effectiveness of the building, and
WHEREAS, these changes will not impact on the completion schedule;
NOW, THER "RE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF PLYMOUTH, MMINF.SOTA, that Chang, Orders No. 6 for the City Center
R. -1p ansion Project No. 126 for Lund Martin Construction is approved in the amount of
$12,117 and increase the total construction costs to $2,938,339. The total project
authorization shall remain $3,683,644, with a balance of $7,430.
Adopted by the City Council on October 3,1995.
