APPROVING AN AMENDMENT TO THE PERSONNEL POLICY
PROVIDING FOR VACATION/ANNUAL LEAVE DONATION
WHEREAS, the City of Plymouth Personnel Policy does not currently allow employees
to donate to each other accumulated vacation or annual leave; and
WHEREAS, this policy would allow employees to assist eacb other in times of
economic need;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF
THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA, that it should, and hereby does:
1. Amend the Personnel Policy by adding a section which permits the City
Manager to administer a voluntary vacation or annual leave donation plan.
