WHERR S, the residents of Plymouth approved a $2.2 million referWam on May 23, 1995,
for the purebase of open space property, and
WEEREAS, the Olson property has been identified as one of four open space dies for
acquisition, and
WFMRBAS, staff has negotiated the purchase price of $615,000 for the Olson parcel
consisting of 29 acres,
NOW, 1EMR13FOM BE IT EMMY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF PLYMOUTH, IDNBSOTA, that the attached two purchase qp memts in the
lndivkhW amounts of $470,000 and $145,000 are hereby approved, and fnrthar, that the
fi uft for this acquisition is to come from the promeds of the bonds sold in accordance with
the open space referendum, and the. Peony We road project.
