RESOLUTION 95 - 554
RELEASING SITE PERFORMANCE GUARANTEE
FOR TREE PRESERVATION
CELLULAR ONE (95046)
WHEREAS, the City Council approved a PUD Plan Amendment and Conditional Use
Permit Resolution 95-309 on June 06, 1995, for Cellular One installer of a cellular
antenna at West Health Campus and,
WHEREAS, the Resolution 95-309 provided for compliance with Resolution 89-439
regarding a Tree Preservation Plan; and,
WHEREAS, the developer provided a financial guarantee in the amount of $109282.50
to secure execution of the Tree Preservation Plan; and,
WHEREAS, the City Forester in a letter dated August 30, 1995 has certified the
development and now recommends release of the remaining financial guarantee;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF
THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA, that it should and hereby does authorize
a release of the financial guarantee in the amount of $10,282.50, which was submitted
to guarantee Tree Preservation for the Cellular One antenna site at West Health
Campus.
