RELEASING SITE PERFORMANCE GUARANTEE
FOR TREE PRESERVATION
CARLSON CENTER 12TH ADDITION (94088)
WHEREAS, the City Council approved an MPUD Preliminary Plan/Plat, Final
PhWPlat and Conditional Use Permit Resolutions 94-730 and 94-731 on November 07,
1994, for Carlson Real Estate Company developer of Carlson Center 12th Addition
located at the southwest corner of 1-494 and Carlson Parkway and,
WHEREAS, the Resolutions 94-730 and 94731 provided for compliance with
Resolution 89-439 regarding a Tree Preservation Plan; and,
WHEREAS, the dove: oper provided a financial guarantee in the amount of $9,243.00
to secure execution of the Tree Preservation Plan; and,
WHEREAS, the City Forester in a letter dated September 05, 1995 has certified the
development and now recommends release of the remaining financial guarantee;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF
THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA, that it should and hereby does authorize
a release of the financial guarantee in the amount of $9,243.00, which was submitted to
guarantee Tree Preservation for the Carlson Center 12th Addition.
