CITY OF PLYMOUTH
RESOLUTION 95 - 552
RELEASING SITE IMPROVEMENT PERFORMANCE GUARANTEE
LUNDGREN BROS. CONSTRUCTION /HEATHER PONDS PARK (94016)
WHEREAS, in accordance with a Final Plat and Development Contract approved
under City Council Resolutions 94122 and 94-123, for Lundgren Bros. Construction
developer of Heather Ponds (94016), has agreed to install certain site improvements for
said development; and
WHEREAS, the developer has completed all site. improvements including the winter
survivability of the landscaping and
WHEREAS, upon notice from the developer, City staff has inspected said site and
recommends a release of the financial guarantee to reflect the completed work;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF
THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA, that it should and hereby does authorize
a release of the Cash in the amount of $660.00. which was submitted to guarantee site
improvements for Heather Ponds Park.
