RESOLUTION 95 - S51
RELEASING SITE IMPROVEMENT PERFORMANCE GUARANTEE
CALIBER DEVELOPMENT CORP./PARKERS LANE POINTE WEST (94020)
WHEREAS, in accordance with the Site Plan that was approved by Administrative
Approval Letter Dated April 11, 1994; for Caliber Development Corp. developer of
Parkers Lake Pointe West (94020), has agreed to install certain site improvements for
said development; and,
WHEREAS, the developer has completed all site improvements including the winter
survivability of the landscaping and submittal of As -Built utility plan to the Engineering
Department.
WHEREAS, upon notice from the developer, City staff has inspected said site and
recommends a release of the financial guarantee to reflect the completed work;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF
THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA, that it should and hereby does authorize
a release of the Letter of Credit in the amount of $5,550.00 which was submitted to
guarantee site improvements for Parkers Lake Pointe West.
