RESOLUTION No. 95 -547
AUTHORIZING THE INSTALLATION OF "NO PARKING" SIGNS ON
SCE WT LAKE ROAD BETWEEN VICKSBURG LANE AND
THE SOO LINE RAn. ROAD TRACKS
CITY PROJECT NO. 316
WHEREAS, the City of Plymouth will undertake the improvement of Schmidt Lake
Road between Vicksburg Lane and the Soo Line railroad tracks by installation of
bituminous street and concrete curb and gutter in conformance with State Aid
Standards; and
WHEREAS, it is a requirement that parking be restricted on Schmidt Lake Road
between Vicksburg Lane and the Soo Line railroad tracks.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY
COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA: Tlwt the
Director of Public Works is hereby authorized to install "No Parking" signs on
both sides of Schmidt Lake Road between Vicksburg Lane and the Soo Line
( Railroad.
