RESOLUTION No. 9S - 546
AUTHORIZING THE INSTALLATION OF "NO PARMG" SIGNS ON
XENIUM LANE BETWEEN VINEVOOD LANE AND
XEdVIUM LANE SOUTH OF COUNTY ROAD 9
CITY PROJECT NO. 214
WHEREAS, the City of Plymouth will undertake the improvement of Xenlum Lane
between Vinewood Lane and existing paved Xenium Lane (38th Avenue) south of
County Road 9 by the construction of bituminous street and concrete curb and gutter in
conformance with Municipal State Aid standards; and
WHEREAS, it is a state -aid requirement that parking be restricted on proposed X:nium
Lane and Vinewood Lane between County Road 9 and 38th Avenue south of County
Road 9.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF
THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA; That the Director of Public Works is
hereby authorized to install "No Parking" signs on both sides of Xenium Lane/
( Vinewood Lane bntween County Road 9 and 38th Avenue south of County Road 9.
Adopted by the City Council on September 19, 1995.
