RESOLUTION NO. 95 - 539
APPROVING SETTLEdVIFM AGREEMENT
JAMES STEL LE, ETAL. VS. CITY OF PLYMOUTH
WHEREAS, James Stille, etal. filed a suit against the City of Plymouth associated with
the Ranchview Lane Improvement Project; and
WHEREAS, the attorney for the City has negotiated a settlement of the suit; and
WHEREAS, it is recommend by the attorney and City staff that the settlement be
approved.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RBSCLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF PLYMOUTH, Mn4NESOTA: the is should and hereby authorizes the payment
of $10,000 as full settlement in the suit of James Stille, etal.
Adopted by the City Council on September 19, 1995.
