APPROVAL OF PARATRANSIT SERVICE AGREEIV IM
METROPOLITAN COUNCIL AND CITY OF PLYMOUTH
WHEREAS, the Metropolitan Council has voted to discontinue Panbansit service within
the City of Plymouth effective October 1, 1995; and
WHEREAS, an agreement has been prepared which will continue Paratransit service for
the period effective October 1, 1995 through June 30, 1996; and
WHEREAS, the agreement provides for the cost sharing of this service between the City
of Plymouth and the Metropolitan Council; and
WHEREAS, the City wishes to continue Paratransit service on an interim basis.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HERBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNC:. OF THE
CITY OF PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA: That the Mayor and City Manager are
authorized to enter into the Agreement with the Metropolitan Council for Pamtransit
service.
Adopted by the City Council on September 12, 1995.
