RESOLUTION NO. 95- 535
SET TRUTH IN TAXATION PUBLIC HEARING DATES FOR 1996 TAX LEVY
WMMAS, the City IS required to set public hearing dues for the truth in taxation
besting on the 1996 budget and tax levy; and
WHEREAS, these dates carrot conflict with those datas for school that w within the
City of Plymouth or Hennepin County; and
WHEREAS, the City needs to set dates for the initial truth in taxation hearing date,
and a proposed continuation hearing date should oat be necessary.
NOW, THER>i,FORS, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED, that the City of Plymouth his
set November 29, 1995 u the initid truth in taxation public heating date and December
6, 1995 as the continuation date for the truth and taxation public buff if neceuuy.
Adopted by the Plymouth City Council on September 12, 1995.
