AUTHORIZING ACQUISITION OF ESS

WHEREAS, the tax increment financing plan for Economic Development
District No. 7-1 ("TIF Plan") enumerated as a project the acquisition of the Ess property
for the purposes stated therein; and
WHEREAS, the Ess property can in the interim be used for park purposes.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE
CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH, NUirMOTA,
that the City Manager and Mayor are authorized to enter into a contract agreement to
purchase the Ess property in accordance with the TIF Plan in an amount of $569,588
with funding to be charged to the tax increment account.
Adopted by the City Council on September 5, 1995.
