WHEREAS, the City Council has authorized the vacation of drainage and utility
easements and drainage easement for ponding within Parcel 15-118-22-42-0006 by
Resolution No. 95- 530
NOW, 111BRBFORB, BE IT HEMY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL
OF THE CrI Y OF PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA: That said resolution shall be
filed concurrently with the:
The final plat of French Ridge Park.
Adopted by the City Council on September 5, 1995.
