SETTING CONDITIONS TO BE MET PRIOR TO
FILING OF RESOLUTION NO.9S - S2R .
VACATING A PORTION OF XENIUM LANE STREET RIGHT-OF-WAY
ADJACENT TO PARCELS 15-118-2242-00109 15-118-22,34.0025,
1S-118-2243-0001 AND 15-118-2242-0006
WHE RBAS, the City Council has authorized the vacation of Xenium Lane street
right of way adl accent to Parcels 15-118-22-42-0010, 15-118-22-34-0025, 15-118-22-
43-0001 and 15-118-22-42-0006 by Resolution No. 95% S28 .
NOW, TT=BFORB, BE IT HMMY RBSOLVFD BY THE CITY COUNCIL
OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA: That said resolution shall not be
filed until:
Xenium Lane/Vinewood Lane within French Midge Park is open to
traffic.
Adopted by the City Council on September 5, 1995.
